What recourse do buyers have when they find hidden mold?

How do you find a reputable home inspector in Pennsylvania? What do home inspectors include in their reports? Whose side they are on...what findings will they report? Who is reposible for fixing the deficiencies in the home being sold?

Nancy (63.176.159.119) -

I bought my home in 2005. I paid for a complete home inspection and I thought that they inspector was very thorough. However, behind a cleverly placed nightstand in a basement bedroom, I found paneling that has completed deteriorated from moisture and was moldy.

What recourse do I have. The previous owners obviously knew it was there. I found it AFTER I closed on the home and they moved out a month later.
