I'm looking to buy a Foreclosure home at auction or a Bank, Finance Co, Ect. We intend to occupy purchased Prop. & rent our present home. I am a senior citizen & believe this to be a good hedge on the up coming inflation.

So many Questions:

Where to register to Bid?

How to go about gaining access to proerty?

Payment timeframe if any?

Ability to have professional inspection?

Sheriff's Sales the ins & outs?
