I'm trying to sell my 3 bed home in Richmond as quickly as I can and for the best price I can get in this terrible market. Without doing a total make-over (the property has been kept well) I want to increase the amount I am likely to get.

Does anyone have any tips? I found this page but its not very specific...I guess you have to pay for these kinds of services but that will absorb any of the profit I make from doing it in the first place! Has anyone got any home staging advice?
