Connecticut - Agents and Brokers (Should you hire a real estate professional when you are buying or selling a home in Connecticut. What benefits or disadvantages are involved when you hire a real estate agent. How much do you have to pay the broker? Do they really care about what you want? What are the benefits of selling your home as for sale by owner? Are the contracts the same, are the same tests required, and are attorneys required if you sell your own home? How much money can you save by selling your home yourself?)

When we buy/sell a property though a Real Estate agent, after selling we are sure that our deal is legal and good because a agent have all knowledge about laws and value of property. |
Thank you for sharing the video. It is such a wonderful house most especially to a family who wants to have a big house for the members. Well I am interested in buying a property in Connecticut for my mom and dad because they want to stay there for their retirement. However, I am just confused how I could make a good deal to a very good real estate agent in Connecticut.
Hi to all. Thanks for sharing those information in here. I must say that I have been thinking of moving in Connecticut and to work in there as well. It would be great if any good information with regards to the real estate in the said place be posted in here. It would be a lot of help if any useful links be posted in here as well. Good day.
Unfortunately, I didn't get to watch the video because the link was already removed but based on the description alone, the house there seem like dream houses for the affluent. How's the real estate industry in Connecticut in 2010? Was it affected by the economic slump? Other states in the U.S. managed to keep themselves afloat because of strategic pricing and tax incentives. Did the agents also do this in Connecticut?
Hi there! Thanks for sharing the video to us. It is really amazing to see those houses with great facilities on it. I think their capital is really a huge bucks which is really a big risks. Sellers of this estate has really a hard time selling this. Its too perfect for some bucks already as well. Thank you so much and have a great day to all of you guys!
