How do I know what my home in Little Rock is worth?


Should you have your home in Arkansas appraised before you sell? What elements determine your home's worth? When the offer is signed and good faith money is paid, whose side is the appraiser on? Do they appraise the home for what the lenders want to hear?

I would like to know what my home is currently worth to sell what I should think about selling it for. Ho do you find an appraisal company that works on the seller's best interest and not the bank's?

Call at least three Local real estate offices and tell them you are considering selling your property. Ask one of their agents to make a comparative market study of your property. Tell them to include ALL the sales in your market area that compare to your home.
